The Becoming Sessions are 90‑minute immersions designed to reorganise your nervous system at the deepest level.  This is an intensive architecture deep-dive for those navigating complex transitions, identity-level change, or major systemic shifts within an organisation.

  1. Somatic Attunement:  I track the interoceptive signals and bio-electric responses within your specific context to identify where your system is holding contraction or truth.

  2. Internal Architecture Activation:  Together, we access the deeper layers of who you are - the part of you beneath performance, conditioning, and survival patterns.

  3. Energetic Realignment:  Your system reorganises around coherence.  This is where the “snap‑back” disappears and your baseline softens.
